Refund policy

When purchasing a product from Moroccan Tribe, we hope you are 100% happy with your purchase. However in the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied please contact us in writing via email moroccantribe@gmail.com.au within 3 business days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reasons why you are unhappy with your product.

Change of mind returns are at the discretion of Moroccan Tribe. Please call us on 0427 660 766 or email moroccantribe@gmail.com within 3 business days to discuss the reason for wanting to return goods and include your receipt of purchase with your return request.  

When purchasing a product online from Moroccan Tribe, we would like to ensure that you feel confident and satisfied with your purchase. Moroccan Tribe source unique one of a kind pieces from Morocco. Vintage textiles may show signs of age and wear such as repaired tears, un-repaired tears, minor holes, fraying, fading, stains and spots. These details are a part of each textile's unique history and add to its beauty, character and value. All items are thoroughly checked before sending and packaged with extra care. 

** Please note: If you receive a package which is visibly damaged or opened, please insist that this be noted with the carrier before signing for your order. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We have a strict no returns policy on all SALE items. This also includes promotional discounts and all discount codes.

- No returns on Gift Vouchers. Once we have received your email and deemed accepted, we will advise authorisation to return the item to Moroccan Tribe. Any Shipping costs will be paid in full by the customer. All Items returned to Moroccan Tribe for an exchange, credit note or refund, must be unused and still in original condition with packaging intact and the original labels attached.
